By downloading or using Sealmark ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Sealmark is

Sealmark is a documentation and evidence-organization tool. It helps you capture timestamped, fingerprinted condition photos, build condition reports and PDFs, generate AI-assisted condition descriptions and before/after comparisons, collect signatures, and draft letters.

2. What Sealmark is NOT — assumption of responsibility

  • Sealmark is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI-generated letters and descriptions are drafts for your review — not legal documents prepared by an attorney.
  • Sealmark is not insurance and does not guarantee any outcome in any dispute, claim, deposit return, or proceeding.
  • Sealmark does not guarantee that any report, photo, fingerprint, signature, or letter will be accepted as evidence by any landlord, guest, renter, platform, insurer, court, or authority. Rules of evidence and admissibility vary by jurisdiction.
  • You are solely responsible for what you photograph, for the accuracy and completeness of your reports, for reviewing and editing any AI output before relying on or sending it, and for how you use the app and its outputs. You use Sealmark at your own risk.

    • 3. AI output

    AI features can make mistakes, miss things, or describe details inaccurately. Always review AI output before relying on it. Do not treat it as a professional inspection, appraisal, or legal opinion.

    4. Acceptable use

    Use Sealmark only for lawful purposes and only to document property, vehicles or items you have the right to document. Do not use it to harass, defraud, or violate the privacy or rights of others.

    5. Subscriptions & purchases

    Sealmark Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Consumable report packs are one-time purchases. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. All purchases are also subject to the applicable app store's terms.

    6. Intellectual property

    The app, its design, and its content are owned by Sealmark. The reports, photos, signatures and content you create are yours.

    7. Disclaimer of warranties

    The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sealmark and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any lost deposits, claims, disputes, or outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

    9. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

    10. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
